Our quality management system

Measurable effectiveness and efficiency: this is how our Quality Control System works

Quality goes beyond the characteristics of a single product, no matter how innovative and advanced. What makes the difference is its concrete potential to meet the expectations and needs of the user customer.
For this reason, we propose ourselves not only as providers of industrial products but as a technical partner able to offer advanced and customized solutions for many different fields of application: from industrial users to designers up to dealers working in the construction, assembly, and maintenance of machines, facilities, and vehicles. In fact, we have recently extended our scope of certification to include the design of goods and services, and from December 2021, achieved the relevant certification.

Our Quality Policy

We measure the quality of our solutions and performance, always with a focus on customer satisfaction.
For this reason, we share with our customers the guidelines of our Quality Control System in a completely transparent way.

General Management defines the quality policy according to precise standards so that it is always:

Appropriate to the company’s aims
Consistent with the commitment to meeting product requirements and continuous improvement
Included in an ongoing structural framework for defining and reviewing quality objectives
Communicated, understood, and shared within the organization
Reviewed periodically to monitor its full effectiveness
Monitored and improved concerning the product’:

Effectiveness: compliance with technical and durability expectations
Efficiency: both in terms of investment per unit of performance and life cycle cost.

Monitoring methods

The Executive Board plans the monitoring system using two criteria:

Subjective

through the collection and analysis of Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires and the definition of possible corrective or preventive actions.

Objective

Measuring through the quality indicators the management, economic, and financial variables and analyzing them.

Communication

We strive to optimize internal communication to improve external communication.

A Customer-Oriented Quality System

This approach does not only mean always ensuring quality products and solutions, but also pursuing a shared objective with commitment and professionalism, helping our customers to achieve tangible savings in the medium to long term, in full compliance with current rules and regulations on the quality of materials, safety at work and the environment.

This commitment is also formally recognized by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification of the Company Quality Management System (since 25 June 2009) and by the qualifications issued by leading Italian and European companies.
