Pantecnica has earned the CRIBIS Prime Company the recognition for maximum commercial reliability

Pantecnica® has been awarded the CRIBIS Prime Company certification for the highest level of commercial reliability, a highly valuable recognition that is awarded to only 5% of Italy’s 6 million companies.

The CRIBIS Prime Company certifies the highest level of reliability as of commercial relations and financial solidity and is awarded only and exclusively to companies that consistently maintain a high level of economic-commercial reliability and are virtuous in their payments to suppliers.

The Cribis Prime Company is awarded using the CRIBIS D&B Rating, a synthetic indicator that, on the basis of a statistical algorithm, analyses numerous variables including the company’s general information, geographic area, balance sheet ratios, company seniority, payment experience, negative information, etc.

Legality Rating 2021

Pantecnica® is assessed as an ethical, transparent company with proper business management.

A new important milestone for Pantecnica SpA, regarding the certification of its business model.
For 2021, Pantecnica has in fact achieved the score of “2 stars+ “out of a maximum obtainable of three stars and has been included in the public list of companies rated by the AGCM, the Italian Competition Authority (administrative independent Authority, established by “The Competition and Fair Trading Act” of 1990, which introduced antitrust rules in Italy).
The legality rating is a synthetic indicator of compliance with high standards of legality by companies and the degree of attention paid to the proper management of the business.
The legality rating consists in the assignment of a score from one to three stars, based on the level of compliance with the requirements, which are partly regulatory and partly non-regulatory. The assignment of a score higher than the first star depends on the number of bonus requirements met, including, for example, adherence to legality protocols, the adoption of a system of payment traceability, the presence of proven systems of Corporate Social Responsibility, enrolment in the suppliers’ white list.
This recognition is an important signal that encourages us to work with even greater commitment in this direction, aiming to further improve our rating in the coming months.

Blue Economy Summit

PANTECNICA® took part as a SUPPORTER in the 3rd edition of the Blue Economy Summit held in Genoa, from 29th June to 3rd July .
Organized by the Associazione Genova Smart City and the Municipality of Genoa, the event was dedicated to the sea production chains. The focus of this edition was the relaunch of the sea economy after the COVID-19 emergency, and the event was full of live streaming conferences, interviews, and talk shows,

This interactive format was meant to involve and bring more people closer to the culture of the sea and to define priorities and prospects for the future after a shared reflection, together with companies, institutions, and research bodies.

The Blue Economy Summit is one of the events of the Genoa Blue Forum promoted by Genoa City Council, Genoa University, Genoa Chamber of Commerce, the Liguria Region, and the Association of Shipbrokers.

Italy’s position as a world power in the mid-and high-end yachting sector depends largely on its capabilities and skills covering the entire yachting value chain, from design to construction, from fitting to crewing, from shore services to operations.

Italy and Liguria have a very high level of know-how in each of these phases. Maintaining and developing these skills is strategic both for the local economy and for the availability of job opportunities for new generations, especially in the post-emergency era.

Pantecnica® held a speech on “Blue Technologies for shipbuilding and marinas” within the session “Yachting: Market, Technology & Jobs“.
